Supply Chain Manager

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead sourcing, inventory, and supplier management activities to support organizational goals.
• Develop and execute supply chain strategies that improve efficiency, service levels, and cost performance.
• Build and maintain strong supplier relationships while driving accountability and continuous improvement.
• Monitor inventory levels and planning activities to ensure alignment with business needs.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to support operational initiatives and process improvements.
• Evaluate supplier performance and implement solutions that enhance quality, delivery, and overall effectiveness.
• Analyze supply chain data and market trends to support informed business decisions.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations, or a related discipline, or at least 7 years of comparable experience.• Demonstrated experience in global sourcing, inventory control, project execution, and the use of performance metrics to guide decisions.
• Ability to manage several complex initiatives at once while adjusting quickly to shifting business priorities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present information clearly to internal teams and external partners.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Windows applications, Outlook, Excel, and QuickBooks; experience with enterprise resource planning systems is preferred.
• Sound analytical and negotiation skills, with the ability to evaluate supplier proposals and make data-informed recommendations.
• Ability to perform standard office and inspection-related physical activities, including sitting, standing, walking, stair use, and frequent hand and visual coordination.
Compensation
