Senior .Net Developer

We are looking for a Senior .Net Developer to join a software development team supporting business solutions in payroll, HR, benefits, and workforce management. This role is suited for an experienced full-stack engineer who thrives in a Microsoft-focused environment and can contribute independently while collaborating closely with agile teammates across distributed teams. Based in Norcross, Georgia, this position offers the opportunity to build scalable applications using modern .NET technologies, C#, and front-end frameworks such as React and React Native.

Responsibilities:
• Design, build, and enhance full-stack applications using .NET, C#, ASP.NET, JavaScript, React, and React Native.
• Partner with product managers and software engineers in small Scrum teams to deliver high-quality features and improvements on a consistent sprint cadence.
• Develop reliable, maintainable code for business-critical platforms that support payroll, HR, insurance, retirement, and workforce management services.
• Contribute to cloud-oriented application development, with a preference for solutions that align with Azure-based environments.
• Work effectively with distributed colleagues across multiple locations while maintaining strong communication and accountability.
• Take ownership of assigned development work, proactively share progress, and raise issues early when support or clarification is needed.
• Help ensure applications meet the expectations of highly regulated business environments by emphasizing stability, accuracy, and compliance-aware design.
• Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and team planning activities to support continuous improvement and strong engineering standards.

Qualifications:

• 7+ years of software development experience, including senior-level work in .NET and C# environments.
• Strong hands-on experience with .NET, ASP.NET, .NET Framework, and JavaScript-based application development.
• Proven ability to work across both back-end and front-end development, including experience with React and React Native.
• Solid understanding of agile delivery practices, with experience contributing to Scrum-based software teams.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in remote and distributed team settings.
• Self-directed work style with a high level of ownership, follow-through, and comfort operating without close day-to-day supervision.
• Experience building software for regulated industries such as finance or healthcare is highly valued.
• Familiarity with Microsoft-focused development environments and exposure to Azure cloud technologies is preferred.

Compensation

$130,000.00-$145,000.00 Yearly
