Administrative Assistant
Responsibilities:
• Manage front-desk and general office activities, ensuring visitors, tenants, and callers receive timely and attentive assistance.
• Respond to inbound phone calls, direct inquiries appropriately, and relay accurate messages to internal teams.
• Perform data entry and maintain organized digital and physical records with a strong focus on accuracy and confidentiality.
• Provide day-to-day administrative support such as scheduling, document preparation, filing, and routine correspondence.
• Assist with property management coordination by tracking requests, updating tenant information, and supporting office workflows.
• Work with property-related systems, including Yardi, to enter information, review records, and help maintain current data.
• Support residential property management operations by helping process paperwork and monitor administrative follow-up items.
Qualifications:
• At least 2 years of experience in administrative support, office coordination, or a similar assistant role.• Demonstrated ability to handle inbound calls and reception responsibilities in a detail-focused office setting.
• Strong data entry skills with close attention to detail and accuracy.
• Experience supporting property management, real estate, or residential property operations is preferred.
• Familiarity with Yardi or similar property management software is highly desirable.
• Proficiency with general office tasks, including scheduling, document handling, and record maintenance.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Compensation
