Treasury Analyst
Key Responsibilities:
Update and distribute the daily cash position report prior to 9:30 AM each morning.
Perform cash application activities and account reconciliations.
Reconcile multiple operating, banking, and sweep accounts to the general ledger.
Work closely with Accounts Payable regarding exception checks, positive pay items, and related banking transactions.
Calculate and prepare interest expense entries and maintain debt schedules.
Assist with treasury-related activities involving an acquired company operating on Quantum and NetSuite.
Support the reconciliation of acquired company financial data and transition information into company records.
Research discrepancies, investigate variances, and resolve reconciliation issues.
Communicate with banking partners and internal departments as needed.
Participate in special projects and process improvement initiatives within the treasury function.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred.
2+ years of treasury, banking, or accounting experience required.
Strong understanding of bank reconciliations, cash management, and general ledger accounting.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Experience with Microsoft Dynamics GP preferred.
Exposure to debt schedules and interest calculations is a plus.
Experience with Quantum or NetSuite is highly desirable but not required.
Ability to work independently and take ownership of responsibilities.
Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills.
Comfortable asking questions, investigating issues, and finding solutions.
Highly organized with strong attention to detail and accountability.
Additional Details:
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM with some flexibility.
Work Environment: Onsite in a professional, business casual office setting.

Qualifications:
• Two or more years of experience in treasury, banking, or accounting roles.• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline is preferred.
• Working knowledge of cash management, bank reconciliation processes, and general ledger accounting.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills with the ability to manage and analyze financial data effectively.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics GP is preferred.
• Familiarity with debt schedules and interest calculations is beneficial.
• Exposure to Quantum or NetSuite is highly valued, though not mandatory.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities with a high level of ownership and attention to detail.
Compensation
