FP&A Specialist

We are seeking a skilled professional for a hybrid Senior Accountant role with strong FP& A responsibilities near Liberty Lake. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys financial modeling, analytical work, and delivering clear insights that support data‑driven decision‑making in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Advanced Excel Power User (high proficiency required; no training provided)
• Support operating expense tracking, budgeting, and forecasting (basic FP& A)
• Utilize forecasting tools (EPM / Excel-based systems) to maintain financials
• Build and maintain Power BI dashboards and reporting
• Support monthly forecasting and expense tracking across multiple departments
• Maintain and update forecasts in Excel/EPM tools
• Perform variance analysis and financial reporting
• Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver financial insights
• Assist with quarterly reporting and presentation materials
• Preferred: Oracle or similar ERP experience; exposure to revenue or revenue-related analysis

Qualifications:

• Advanced financial modeling capability with strong accuracy and attention to detail.

• Ability to communicate financial insights clearly to diverse stakeholders.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or equivalent hands‑on experience.

• Familiarity with revenue recognition concepts, particularly related to software or licensing models.

• Experience in fast‑paced environments supporting cross‑functional financial processes.

• Proficiency with tools such as Power BI and ERP

• Strong understanding of month‑end close procedures, journal entries, reconciliations, and general ledger operations.
