Account Manager
Responsibilities:
• Manage a portfolio of business accounts and serve as a consistent point of contact for client needs and opportunities.
• Respond to inbound inquiries promptly, assess customer requirements, and recommend appropriate products or services.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships to encourage retention, satisfaction, and account expansion.
• Identify sales opportunities within existing and prospective accounts to support overall business growth.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely follow-up, accurate information, and effective service delivery.
• Track account activity, pipeline progress, and client interactions to maintain organized and up-to-date records.
• Prepare proposals, pricing details, and solution recommendations tailored to customer objectives.
Qualifications:
• Experience in account management, inside sales, or a related business-to-business sales role.• Demonstrated ability to build rapport and maintain productive client relationships.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to handle inbound customer inquiries professionally.
• Proven success identifying customer needs and translating them into sales opportunities.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities in a fast-moving environment.
• Proficiency with standard business systems and customer relationship management tools.
Compensation
