Qualifications:
Qualifications 1+ years of experience in customer service, operations, or analytical support roles Strong proficiency in Excel or similar data tracking tools Experience with case management or CRM systems preferred Excellent organizational, communication, and follow-up skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, project-based environment Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy and documentation Preferred Skills Experience supporting order management or service request workflows Familiarity with tracking systems, reporting tools, or operational dashboards Analytical mindset with ability to identify trends, gaps, and discrepanciesCompensation
