Data Entry Clerk I
Responsibilities:
• Enter, update, and maintain records in databases and internal systems with a high level of accuracy.
• Review source documents for completeness and correct discrepancies before submitting information.
• Process large volumes of data within established timelines while following department procedures.
• Respond to inbound inquiries or assist with customer service activities when needed by the team.
• Verify entered information through routine quality checks to ensure data integrity and consistency.
• Organize digital and paper files so information can be retrieved quickly and efficiently.
• Communicate with supervisors and staff regarding missing details, record issues, or workflow updates.
• Support changes in assignment priorities, including shifts between administrative and service-related duties, as requested.
Qualifications:
• At least 1 year of experience in data entry, administrative support, or a related office-based role.• Demonstrated ability to enter information quickly and accurately with strong attention to detail.
• Experience handling customer service responsibilities, preferably in a call center or inbound call environment.
• Comfortable using computers, data systems, and standard office software for daily tasks.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills when interacting with internal teams and the public.
• Ability to manage repetitive work, meet deadlines, and stay organized in a structured setting.
• High school diploma or equivalent is typically required.
Compensation
