Receptionist
Responsibilities:
• Greet participants, visitors, and staff in a courteous and friendly manner as they arrive at the front desk.
• Respond to general questions and direct individuals to the appropriate resources, staff members, or areas within the office.
• Support clients who visit the site to access available materials and shared resources such as computers and office supplies.
• Maintain an orderly reception area and help ensure front desk operations run smoothly throughout the day.
• Handle routine administrative support tasks, including basic office coordination and general reception-related duties.
• Monitor visitor flow and provide timely assistance to people entering the office for services or appointments.
• Work closely with onsite team members to ensure guests receive accurate information and a positive experience.
• Provide contract front desk coverage while following established office procedures and day-to-day guidance from staff.
Qualifications:
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact courteously and effectively with a wide range of people.• Prior experience in reception, front desk support, administrative assistance, or a similar customer-facing role.
• Solid organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a busy office setting.
• Demonstrated customer service ability with a helpful and detail-oriented approach.
• Comfortable working onsite and assisting individuals who are using office resources and services.
• Ability to follow instructions, adapt to daily needs, and work reliably in a contract assignment.
• Basic administrative skills, including handling routine office support responsibilities with attention to detail.
Compensation
