HR Recruiter
Responsibilities:
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines for multiple General Manager openings across studio locations.
• Search for talent with relevant experience using platforms such as LinkedIn, Indeed, and CareerBuilder.
• Review resumes and present well-matched candidates to the internal team for further evaluation.
• Coordinate sourcing activity to ensure hiring teams have a steady flow of applicants to screen and interview.
• Track candidate information and recruiting progress within systems such as Paycom and JazzHR.
• Partner with the hiring team through Microsoft Teams and other communication channels to align on sourcing priorities.
• Manage recruiting workflows with a strong focus on speed, organization, and candidate quality.
Qualifications:
• At least 3 years of recruiting experience in corporate or agency environments.• Proven strength in candidate sourcing for detail-focused or leadership-level positions.
• Experience using applicant tracking systems, including platforms such as Paycom or JazzHR.
• Familiarity with job boards and networking tools such as LinkedIn, Indeed, and CareerBuilder.
• Ability to manage multiple open requisitions while maintaining strong attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for collaboration with internal stakeholders.
• Comfortable working remotely at the start of the assignment and transitioning to an onsite schedule in Costa Mesa, California.
