HR Recruiter

We are looking for an HR Recruiter to support a high-volume hiring initiative in Costa Mesa, California. This Long-term Contract opportunity is ideal for someone who excels at talent sourcing and enjoys building strong candidate pipelines for leadership-level openings. The recruiter will focus on identifying applicants with relevant experience across major job platforms and organizing talent for review by the hiring team. This position begins with an initial remote period before transitioning to a fully onsite schedule.

Responsibilities:
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines for multiple General Manager openings across studio locations.
• Search for talent with relevant experience using platforms such as LinkedIn, Indeed, and CareerBuilder.
• Review resumes and present well-matched candidates to the internal team for further evaluation.
• Coordinate sourcing activity to ensure hiring teams have a steady flow of applicants to screen and interview.
• Track candidate information and recruiting progress within systems such as Paycom and JazzHR.
• Partner with the hiring team through Microsoft Teams and other communication channels to align on sourcing priorities.
• Manage recruiting workflows with a strong focus on speed, organization, and candidate quality.

Qualifications:

• At least 3 years of recruiting experience in corporate or agency environments.
• Proven strength in candidate sourcing for detail-focused or leadership-level positions.
• Experience using applicant tracking systems, including platforms such as Paycom or JazzHR.
• Familiarity with job boards and networking tools such as LinkedIn, Indeed, and CareerBuilder.
• Ability to manage multiple open requisitions while maintaining strong attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for collaboration with internal stakeholders.
• Comfortable working remotely at the start of the assignment and transitioning to an onsite schedule in Costa Mesa, California.

Compensation

$31.97-$37.02 Hourly
