UX Designer
Job Summary
Based on general knowledge.
We are seeking a creative and user-focused UX Designer to develop intuitive, engaging digital experiences across web and mobile platforms. This role partners with cross-functional teams to understand user needs, translate business goals into thoughtful design solutions, and improve the overall customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct user research, interviews, surveys, and usability testing to identify user needs and pain points.
Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and journey maps to communicate design ideas and interactions.
Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define user experience requirements.
Design intuitive interfaces that improve usability, accessibility, and engagement.
Analyze user feedback and performance data to refine and optimize designs.
Maintain consistency across products by contributing to design systems and style guides.
Present design concepts and rationale clearly to stakeholders and team members.
Stay current on UX trends, tools, and best practices.
Qualifications:
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in design, human-computer interaction, psychology, computer science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Proven experience in UX design, product design, or related roles.
Proficiency with design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar.
Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design process and problem-solving skills.
Understanding of usability principles, accessibility standards, and responsive design.
Strong communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working in agile or cross-functional product teams.
Familiarity with user analytics tools and A/B testing.
