Financial Reporting Manager
Responsibilities:
• Prepare and deliver recurring liquidity reports on a daily and weekly basis to support business visibility and decision-making.
• Produce a range of financial reports, including regulatory filings, investor materials, and special-request analyses, while ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Support internal reporting needs by translating financial data into clear and reliable updates for leadership and business partners.
• Review transaction structures to confirm alignment with established requirements, controls, and governing agreements.
• Monitor borrowing-related obligations and help ensure ongoing adherence to debt covenant requirements.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to gather, validate, and reconcile financial information used in reporting packages.
• Create presentation-ready financial summaries and supporting schedules using Excel and PowerPoint for stakeholder review.
Qualifications:
• 10+ years of experience in financial reporting, accounting, or finance within the financial services or investment industry.• Prior experience operating at the Manager or Controller level.
• Strong background in fund accounting and asset management environments.
• Demonstrated expertise in regulatory reporting, investor reporting, and ad hoc financial analysis.
• Knowledge of SEC financial reporting practices and related compliance expectations.
• Proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint for analysis, reporting, and executive-level presentation materials.
• Ability to work onsite in Newport Beach, California, five days per week.
