LOCATION: Des Moines, IA / HYBRID IN OFFICE / EACH WEEK ** NO 100% remote must be able to HYBRID in office weekly !

WHAT You Will Need to secure an Interview: 

• Hands-on BlackLine (or ARCS / Trintech / Cadency) ownership experience

• Strong technical + finance/process skillset

• Reporting & SQL experience

• Proven ability to drive efficiencies / continuous improvement

• Confident & can influence stakeholders

WHAT You Will Drive:

• Own BlackLine administration and optimization across all modules

• Partner with Finance + IT to improve workflows, integrations, and reporting

• Drive process improvements & automation initiatives

• Build dashboards and metrics to enhance close performance

• Train users and increase adoption across global teams

• $$ Up to $120K Base + bonus + Relolocation $$

• Hybrid (4 days onsite) in multiple cities• Relocation $ available

Qualifications:

• Hands-on experience administering or owning BlackLine or a comparable financial close platform such as Trintech or Cadency.
• Working knowledge of finance operations, including close, reconciliations, and reporting processes.
• Ability to gather, document, and interpret business requirements for system configuration and enhancement work.
• Experience with configuration management and process improvement in enterprise application environments.
• Proficiency in SQL for data analysis, reporting support, or troubleshooting activities.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively with both technical teams and finance leadership.
• Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders and drive adoption of new processes or system improvements.

Compensation

$110,000.00-$120,000.00 Yearly
