Pre-Lit Paralegal

We are looking for a dedicated Pre-Litigation Paralegal to join our team in Saint Louis, Missouri. In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting personal injury cases during the pre-litigation phase, ensuring thorough preparation and attention to detail. This is a hybrid position offering a combination of in-office work and remote flexibility.

Responsibilities:
• Prepare and draft demand letters and other essential pre-litigation documents.
• Provide support for personal injury cases prior to their filing in court.
• Conduct comprehensive research and manage discovery processes.
• Organize and maintain case files using case management software.
• Collaborate with attorneys to assist in trial preparation and strategy development.
• Communicate effectively with clients to gather necessary information and provide updates.
• Ensure compliance with legal deadlines and procedural requirements.
• Facilitate the gathering of evidence and documentation for personal injury claims.
• Coordinate with medical professionals and other experts relevant to case development.
• Monitor case progress and assist in resolving any pre-litigation challenges.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in pre-litigation, preferably in personal injury law.
• Proficiency in case management software and legal research tools.
• Strong knowledge of personal injury law and litigation processes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational abilities.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with discovery and trial preparation procedures.
• Commitment to client advocacy and delivering high-quality legal support.

Compensation

$45,000.00-$67,000.00 Yearly
