Litigation Paralegal
Our client, a well-established and highly respected litigation firm in Downtown Los Angeles, is seeking a Litigation Paralegal to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity to work alongside experienced attorneys on high-level, complex cases in a supportive and team-oriented environment.
Responsibilities:
- Assist attorneys with all phases of complex litigation, from inception through trial
- Draft and prepare pleadings, discovery, and correspondence
- Manage court filings in state and federal courts
- Coordinate and support trial preparation, including exhibits, binders, and logistics
- Conduct legal research and organize case materials
- Maintain case files, calendaring deadlines, and ensuring compliance with court rules
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of litigation paralegal experience (complex litigation preferred)
- Strong knowledge of state and federal court procedures
- Experience with trial preparation
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and team collaboration skills

Qualifications:
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in civil litigation, with a strong background in trial preparation.
• Paralegal certification or attestation is required.
• Proven ability to handle discovery and eDiscovery processes effectively.
• Familiarity with case management software and document production tools.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication abilities and a detail-oriented approach.
• Must not have previously represented insurance companies directly.
• Spanish-speaking proficiency is a plus but not required.
