Job Summary
The College of Medicine, Department of Neurology is looking for an Administrative Services Assistant to support the day-to-day administration of the department chairman’s office. This position will ensure there is a smooth operational flow for administrative requests/processes.

Responsibilities of this position include but are not limited to:
- Administrative support to department leadership
- Coordination of information flow within the department, University and local-national community
- Faculty recruitment and onboarding support
- Facilitating documentation for faculty administrative processes (i.e. Promotion and Tenure, DOE, FPR, etc.)
- Faculty Travel Coordination
- Event Planning and Special Projects
