About the Opportunity

Extrity Services is hiring Armed Security Officers to support security operations at a luxury resort property and special events in Franklin, TN.

We are seeking dependable professionals with armed security, military, or law enforcement experience who can maintain a safe and secure environment while delivering professionalism and exceptional service to guests, visitors, and staff.

What You'll Be Doing

• Conduct patrols and security checks to deter unauthorized activity and maintain a safe environment.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and restricted areas while enforcing access control procedures.
• Respond appropriately to alarms, incidents, emergencies, and guest concerns.
• Utilize de-escalation techniques to resolve conflicts professionally and safely.
• Maintain accurate incident, activity, and shift reports.
• Provide professional customer service to guests, visitors, clients, and staff.
• Collaborate with law enforcement and emergency responders when necessary.
• Ensure security equipment is functioning properly and report deficiencies.
• Maintain a professional appearance and adhere to company standards.
• Arrive on time and prepared for all assigned shifts and events.

Qualifications

Required

• Active and clear Tennessee Armed Security License.
• Dallas Law Certification
• Valid Driver's License.
• Reliable transportation to and from work.

Preferred

• Previous military experience.
• Previous security experience.
• Previous law enforcement experience.
