| Job Summary | The physical therapist will provide direct patient care while adhering to the policies and procedures of the University of Kentucky HealthCare Enterprise and in accordance with state and federal regulations. This position will perform physical therapy evaluations and render physical therapy treatments following a physician’s order; and treat patients with a variety of diagnoses. This position will also perform appropriate documentation in the medical record. |
