Purpose:

Job Summary:

The Level III Technician maintains and monitors NetPlanner’s tech environment, manages tech inventory, provides second-level support to users, and ensures customer satisfaction with timely, courteous responses. They proactively monitor systems, troubleshoot issues, and may lead projects as needed.

Duties and Responsibilities:  

  • Conducts field training and second-level issue evaluation  
  • Communicates problem status and feedback to customers/management  
  • Escalates unresolved issues, collaborating with project managers or vendors  
  • Identifies recurring issues and suggests improvements  
  • Monitors and administers systems, maintains tech inventory, and leads projects
  • Essential Job Functions and Tasks:  
  • Stand for up to 8 hours, bend, stoop, climb, and lift up to 50 lbs (with assistance over 50 lbs)  
  • Reach overhead, read technical docs, and use tools with good hand-eye coordination  
  • Strong organizational skills, punctuality, and ability to work under pressure  
  • Basic accounting knowledge

Safety Responsibilities:  

  • Follow safety rules, use equipment properly, report unsafe conditions, and confirm safe procedures with supervisors

Additional Requirements:  

  • Adhere to company policies and performance standards

Reporting Relationships:  

  • Reports to the Project Manager, collaborates with Operations, Sales, and vendors

Educational/Experience Requirements:  

  • High school diploma or GED  
  • 4 years of business tech support experience or a 2-year college degree
