The Enterprise AI Platform Specialist is a technical, individual contributor responsible for supporting the administration, operation, documentation, evaluation, and support escalation of the firm’s third-party AI platforms. This role reports to the Enterprise AI Platform Manager and helps maintain and optimize existing AI tools while supporting the evaluation and onboarding of new tools, features, and AI use cases.
The ideal candidate has hands-on experience administering AI tools, strong technical aptitude, excellent organizational skills, analytical thinking, proficiency with AI tools, and a genuine interest in emerging AI capabilities. Prior AI administration experience is preferred, but candidates with strong SaaS administration experience and a demonstrated passion for AI tools may also be a strong fit.
Essential job functions and responsibilities:
- Support the technical administration of the firm’s enterprise AI tool stack, including platform configuration, user settings, feature settings, administrative controls, and vendor coordination.
- Perform hands-on testing and demonstration of existing AI tools to help show platform functionality, practical application, and usefulness.
- Provide escalation support for AI platform issues beyond first-line Service Desk support, including advanced troubleshooting, vendor coordination, and issue documentation.
- Monitor AI platform health, usage, license, utilization, and adoption data.
- Partner with other IT teams regarding SSO, integrations, platform dependencies, reporting, and technical implementation considerations.
- Maintain documentation related to AI platforms, vendor materials, configuration decisions, review history, support procedures, release changes, use case testing, and operational processes.
- Support technical evaluations of new AI tools, features, integrations, and platform changes by developing review materials that summarize capabilities, data handling, administrative controls, configuration options, support impacts, and implementation considerations.
- Monitor enterprise AI market trends, vendor developments, roadmaps, platform updates, emerging capabilities, product enhancements, licensing changes, and upcoming releases.
- Help translate AI platform capabilities into practical examples, documentation, demonstrations, and implementation considerations that support informed decision-making and responsible adoption.
- Support the rollout, adoption, and optimization of approved AI tools, features, and use cases by partnering with Learning & Development and IT Communications to provide technical content, platform guidance, and user enablement resources.

- Complete assigned work stories, support tasks, documentation updates, testing activities, and operational follow-ups through structured work management practices.
Qualifications:
- An ideal candidate will have 3 or more years of relevant professional experience administering, supporting, implementing, or operating enterprise SaaS platforms or similar business technology systems.
- Experience with enterprise AI tool administration preferred, including Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT Enterprise, Claude, or similar platforms preferred.
- Demonstrated interest in AI tools and curiosity around emerging AI capabilities and the evolving enterprise AI technology landscape.
- Strong technical aptitude and comfort learning new AI platforms, administrative consoles, configuration settings, vendor documentation, and support processes.
- Hands-on proficiency with AI tools, including testing functionality, documenting findings, and helping demonstrate practical use to stakeholders preferred.
- Experience supporting AI tool evaluations from a technical and operational perspective, including data access, integrations, admin controls, supportability, logging, reporting, and enterprise readiness.
- Familiarity with assessing AI use cases for practical usefulness, technical feasibility, operational impact, user adoption considerations, and support requirements.
- Ability to gather, organize, summarize, and maintain technical information clearly and accurately.
- Experience working with technical teams and business stakeholders.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to diverse audiences, both technical and nontechnical.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Analysis Group offers competitive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package. The estimated salary range for this position is $90,000-$110,000. Compensation offered will be based on a number of factors including work experience, education, and skill level.
