The Department of Medicine, Division of Pulmonary, Allergy, Critical Care and Sleep Medicine (PACCSM) at the University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine is seeking to hire a Post Doctoral Associate.

The candidate will work on clinical/translational research projects related to iCPET/exercise/hemodynamic data/physiology/metabolomics with the goal of publishing research findings. Duties include maintaining, updating and entry of clinical and physiologic data into the iCPET database from a variety of data sources. Preparation of charts prior to iCPET testing. Presenting on the day of iCPET studies and providing non-patient contact assistance during the visit by prepping samples and collecting clinical and lab data at the time of iCPET testing. Participation in weekly meetings with the PI and study team. Candidate will work on this research project and any other assignments that the PI may request. Successful applicants will hold a Ph.D., MD, or MD/Ph.D. in the field of Public Health/Medicine. Our lab is committed to the career development of our lab members, and in training basic and translational scientists. Strong written and verbal skills in English are essential.
