Adobe Product Owner

As the Adobe Product Owner in the Customer Experience Organization, you’ll be responsible for advancing marketing technology capabilities through accurate data capture, robust reporting capabilities, and the execution of test-and-learn initiatives designed to enhance customer experience. Have a Bachelor’s degree in computer science, marketing, or a related field? We are actively recruiting an Adobe Product Owner to join our team in Richmond, VA.

 

This role is primarily responsible for CJA and Adobe Target, while also supporting Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) and the internal data lake through a strong understanding of the data sets that enable analytics and personalization. Responsibility for AEP as a broader platform resides with a separate Product Owner.

 

What you’ll be doing:

Customer Journey Analytics (CJA)

  • Lead end-to-end Consumer journey analytics implementation and testing across desktop, mobile web, and app experiences in collaboration with third-party teams.
  • Define and manage tagging strategy, data layer requirements, and analytics governance for new features and releases.
  • Manage product releases, enhancements, and transformational implementations, including Web SDK migration.
  • Provide guidance and education to CJA and Adobe Target users on new features in order to increase adoption and effective tool utilization.
  • Oversee user interface-related customizations, including classifications and data labels, in alignment with analytics team reporting requirements.

Adobe Target

  • Own the product roadmap, as well as the strategy and execution for personalization and experimentation initiatives.
  • Provide leadership to third-party teams responsible for Adobe Target execution and the implementation of best practices.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to shape, guide, and prioritize Adobe Target initiatives in support of business objectives.
  • Advance personalization at scale by promoting the adoption of machine learning and AI capabilities that enable tailored, outcome-driven customer experiences.
  • Maintain and approve documentation, including testing templates, quality assurance materials, and related process documentation.

We want you to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, marketing, or a related field.
  • 6+ years of hands-on experience implementing and working with Adobe Analytics/CJA and Adobe Target.
  • Hands-on experience with AEP integration and data collection, including Adobe Data Collection and integration with Adobe Experience Platform.
  • Demonstrated passion for digital capabilities and the application of technology to address business challenges.
  • Ability to evaluate emerging technologies from a strategic perspective and identify opportunities for business applications.
  • Working knowledge of agile project management methodologies.
  • Knowledge of SQL, Python, and APIs for data processing and automation is preferred.
  • Experience with data governance, compliance, and privacy regulations.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

 

 

 

The starting salary is based on but not limited to experience, knowledge, and qualifications in determining compensation decisions. The Salary Range for this position is: $119,600.00 - $173,450.00.
