Telecommunications Access Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Telecommunications Access Engineer to design, deploy, and optimize our "last-mile" access networks. In this role, you will be responsible for the architecture and capacity of the network edge, ensuring seamless connectivity from our core infrastructure to the customer premises. You will work extensively with e.g., GPON, XGS-PON, DOCSIS, or Fixed Wireless and serve as the technical authority for access network hardware and provisioning standards.

What you’ll do
What you’ll need
- To be 18 years of age or older
- Authorization to work in the United States for this company
- High School Diploma, GED equivalent, or relevant work experience
- Valid state driver's license (cannot be Provisional), including an acceptable driving record
- At least two years related experience and/or training
Hardware Proficiency: Experience operating and configuring access equipment from vendors such as Nokia, Calix, Adtran, Cisco, Juniper, or Ciena.
