What you’ll do
Supervise, mentor, and provide leadership to employees within an assigned area, department, or project
Review tasks and reports to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with requirements
Develop, implement, and maintain processes to support efficient task completion
Communicate effectively with employees, contractors, vendors, and customers to support project objectives
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and successful completion
Operate effectively in high-pressure or fast-paced environments
Coordinate with internal teams, customers, and contractors to ensure tasks are completed as required
Assist with contractor work assignments, tracking, and coordination
Review, audit, and approve invoices
Track project progress and provide regular reporting updates
Maintain accurate and organized project documentation
What you’ll need
- Authorization to work in the United States
- 3+ years of Fiber construction experience
- At least 6 months of previous supervisory and/or managerial experience
- Project management skills, including planning, organizing, and coordinating tasks
- Good working knowledge of the telecommunications industry
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite, Google Workspace, and Smartsheet
- Successful completion of pre-employment drug screen, background, and motor vehicle record check
