  • Optimize Performance: Work closely with operations to ensure equipment reliability and production efficiency.
  • Control Costs: Contribute to maintenance budgeting and ensure resources are used effectively.

What You Bring

  • A high school diploma plus technical training, a 2-year engineering/technical degree, or equivalent hands-on experience.
  • 3+ years of leadership experience in skilled trades, frontline supervision, or maintenance project management.
  • 5+ years of industrial maintenance expertise, including:
    • PLCs and VFDs
    • Mechanical power transmission
    • Hydraulics and pneumatics
    • Gas systems
  • Experience with CMMS and TPM programs.
  • Strong communication skills—you can lead, coach, and collaborate effectively.
  • A self-driven mindset with the ability to take initiative and deliver results.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on continuous improvement.

Why Join Us?

  • Make a tangible impact on two critical facilities
  • Lead and develop a high-performing technical team
  • Work in a role that blends strategy, leadership, and hands-on problem solving
  • Be part of a culture that values initiative, innovation, and results

If you're ready to take ownership, drive reliability, and lead a team to success, we’d love to hear from you.
