We’re looking for a motivated, detail‑driven early‑career professional to join our Finance team as a Deduction & Bill Back Specialist. This is an entry‑level contract role, perfect for recent graduates or students currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related fields.

What You’ll Do

• Verify and investigate customer account discrepancies by collaborating with Sales, Consumer Insights, Customer Operations, and customers directly.
• Research customer chargebacks and credit requests with accuracy and curiosity.
• Use Blue Planner to match bill‑back payments and promotional deductions.
• Identify missing or incomplete promotional setups and partner with Sales & Consumer Insights to resolve them.
• Categorize non‑promotional claims accurately within Blue Planner.
• Gather Proofs of Delivery to validate or dispute shortage or damage claims.
• Request repayment on unauthorized deductions.
• Recommend adjusting entries for valid deductions to the Accounting Operations Assistant Manager.
• Maintain organized bill‑back documentation for Finance and Audit teams.

Qualifications:

What You Bring

• Associate degree required; bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related fields strongly encouraged.
• Prior experience in deductions or claims is a plus, but not required — we welcome early‑career applicants.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast‑moving environment.
• Self‑starter mindset with solid judgment and problem‑solving instincts.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and occasional varied hours.
• Proficiency with SAP, Microsoft Office, and trade promotion tools (Blue Planner experience is a bonus).
