Enrollment Specialist
We are looking for a Bilingual Spanish detail-oriented Enrollment Specialist to support student enrollment reporting activities for local university. This Contract position focuses on reviewing enrollment data, ensuring accurate submissions, and helping maintain compliance with education-related reporting standards. The ideal candidate is organized, analytical, and comfortable working across multiple systems to validate records and resolve discrepancies with internal stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
• Review monthly enrollment rosters and compare submitted information against institutional records to confirm accuracy.
• Update, correct, and return reporting files within established deadlines to support timely external submissions.
• Investigate data discrepancies by partnering with departments such as the Registrar's office, academic leadership, and other internal teams.
• Use student information and reporting systems to validate enrollment details and maintain complete documentation of changes.
• Process file imports and exports through EdConnect and related platforms to support enrollment reporting workflows.
• Analyze error reports generated from submitted data and take corrective action to resolve identified issues.
• Contribute to Gainful Employment and Financial Value Transparency reporting by preparing and verifying required data elements.
• Follow federal guidelines and internal policies to ensure all enrollment reporting activities remain compliant.
Qualifications:
• Knowledge of Department of Education compliance requirements related to enrollment reporting.• Experience working with data entry, record review, or administrative support in a regulated environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook and other commonly used office applications.
• Ability to work accurately across multiple databases, reporting tools, and file management systems.
• Strong critical thinking skills with the ability to identify and resolve data inconsistencies.
• Effective communication skills, including the ability to collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Spanish language skills are a plus.
• Background in financial services, higher education administration, or student records support is preferred.
Compensation
