Litigation Support Specialist

We are looking for an experienced Litigation Support Specialist to oversee legal technology and discovery operations for a long-term contract opportunity. This role supports litigation teams by coordinating electronic discovery workflows and helping ensure matters move forward efficiently and accurately. The ideal candidate brings strong knowledge of legal support processes and hands-on experience with Relativity.

Responsibilities:

• Administer and optimize Relativity workspaces, including user access, data organization, search workflows, and review support.

• Support the collection, processing, review, and production of electronically stored information while maintaining chain-of-custody standards.

• Monitor project progress, identify risks early, and communicate updates, priorities, and recommendations to key stakeholders.

• Support quality control procedures for productions, privilege review, and document management to reduce errors and improve consistency.

Qualifications:

• Strong working knowledge of discovery processes, litigation workflows, and document review practices.

• Hands-on proficiency with Relativity, including workspace management and support for review and production activities.

• Ability to organize multiple matters simultaneously while meeting strict deadlines and shifting priorities.
