Human Resources (HR) Manager
Responsibilities:
• Guide employees and supervisors on workplace concerns, policy interpretation, and issue resolution to promote a positive and compliant work environment.
• Manage day-to-day HR operations, including employee documentation, record maintenance, and administrative support across the employee lifecycle.
• Coordinate benefit-related activities such as enrollments, updates, and employee communication to ensure accurate and timely support.
• Lead onboarding activities for new hires, including orientation preparation, paperwork completion, and system setup coordination.
• Maintain and update information in HRIS platforms to support reporting accuracy, data integrity, and efficient personnel administration.
• Partner with leadership to address employee relations matters, document outcomes, and recommend practical solutions aligned with company policy.
• Support process improvements within HR operations and assist with changes to systems or procedures when needed.
• Prepare HR-related reports, track key personnel information, and help ensure adherence to internal standards and employment requirements.
Qualifications:
• Demonstrated experience in employee relations, including handling workplace concerns with professionalism and discretion.• Strong knowledge of HR administration practices across recruitment, onboarding, employee records, and general personnel support.
• Hands-on experience managing benefit functions and responding to employee questions related to coverage or enrollment.
• Proficiency with HRIS systems and the ability to maintain accurate data and generate routine reports.
• Experience coordinating onboarding activities to create a smooth and organized new employee experience.
• Solid understanding of HR policies, confidentiality standards, and employment-related compliance requirements.
• Strong communication and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Compensation
