Receptionist
Responsibilities:
• Welcome visitors warmly and provide a helpful, well-organized front-desk experience for everyone entering the office or dealership.
• Manage a multi-line phone system by answering incoming calls promptly, transferring them to the appropriate departments, and taking accurate messages when needed.
• Receive, sort, scan, and distribute incoming mail to ensure documents and packages reach the correct recipients in a timely manner.
• Prepare and coordinate outgoing mail and correspondence while maintaining organized records of daily mail activity.
• Respond to routine email and telephone inquiries with clear, courteous, and accurate communication.
• Support daily reception area operations by maintaining an orderly workspace and assisting with basic administrative tasks as assigned.
• Monitor visitor flow throughout the day and ensure each guest is directed efficiently to the appropriate contact or department.
Qualifications:
• 3+ years of experience in a receptionist, front desk, or customer-facing administrative role.• Demonstrated ability to operate a multi-line phone or switchboard system in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with a detail-oriented and friendly approach to customer service.
• Experience handling inbound calls, routing messages, and directing inquiries accurately.
• Ability to process incoming and outgoing mail, including sorting, scanning, and distribution tasks.
• Proficiency with email correspondence and basic office administrative tools.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail.
Compensation
