Administrative Assistant
Our client in Warrendale, PA is hiring an Audit Support Administrative Assistant for a contract to hire opportunity. Pay: $20-25. Monday to Friday (8:00 AM - 4:30 PM)
Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to provide administrative and operational support to their Audit Support team. This role focuses heavily on document preparation, data management, record maintenance, and workflow coordination, while also assisting with audit-related documentation and reporting processes. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proficient in Microsoft Office, and enjoys working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities
Administrative Support
Prepare, update, and maintain business documents, reports, and correspondence.
Organize and manage electronic files and records to ensure accuracy and accessibility.
Perform data entry, document review, and administrative tracking activities.
Assist with maintaining workflow schedules, task lists, and document status updates.
Support team members with general administrative duties and special projects as assigned.
Ensure documentation is complete, properly formatted, and aligned with company standards.
Audit Documentation Support
Create and update audit plans using approved templates and provided information.
Assist with formatting audit reports and certification-related documentation.
Review documents for completeness, spelling, grammar, and formatting consistency.
Verify required sections, attachments, and supporting materials are included before submission.
Route documentation for review and assist with tracking audit package progress.
Records & Compliance Support
Maintain confidentiality of client information and company records.
Identify missing information or document discrepancies and escalate as appropriate.
Follow established document control procedures and quality standards.
Assist with maintaining accurate records to support audit and certification processes.
Qualifications:
Qualifications
Previous administrative assistant, office support, coordinator, or clerical experience preferred.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Experience reviewing documents, maintaining records, or supporting compliance/audit functions is a plus.
Compensation
