Project Manager

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager/Sr. Consultant to lead and coordinate multifaceted projects while ensuring seamless communication across teams. This role requires strong organizational skills, bilingual Spanish proficiency, and the ability to manage complex initiatives effectively. Based in Chicago, Illinois, this position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to impactful projects in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:
• Manage and oversee project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure successful outcomes.
• Facilitate clear and effective communication between stakeholders, team members, and clients.
• Utilize bilingual Spanish skills to bridge language gaps and enhance collaboration.
• Coordinate resources and workflows to optimize project efficiency.
• Identify potential risks and implement proactive solutions to mitigate challenges.
• Conduct regular status updates and reports to keep all parties informed.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies and standards throughout the project lifecycle.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align project goals with business objectives.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to team members, fostering a productive work environment.
• Leverage expertise in AS400 systems to support relevant project requirements.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in project management, with a track record of successful project delivery.
• Fluency in both Spanish and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Familiarity with AS400 systems and their application in project settings.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills for building relationships and managing stakeholder expectations.
• Bachelor's degree in business, management, or a related field is preferred.
• Certification in project management (e.g., PMP) is a plus.

Compensation

$100,000.00-$125,000.00 Yearly
