Receptionist
Responsibilities:
• Welcome visitors, clients, and guests with a friendly and detail-focused presence while managing front desk activity throughout the day.
• Handle incoming calls on a multi-line phone system, direct inquiries to the appropriate contacts, and take accurate messages when needed.
• Coordinate calendars and arrange appointments to help maintain an efficient office schedule.
• Prepare, enter, and update routine information in office records with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Manage email communication and respond to general administrative inquiries in a timely and courteous manner.
• Organize and maintain physical and digital files so documents remain easy to access and properly stored.
• Provide day-to-day administrative support using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook to assist with office operations.
• Contribute to a positive office environment by anticipating needs, staying proactive, and delivering strong customer service to internal and external contacts.
Qualifications:
• Previous experience in a receptionist, front desk, or customer-facing administrative role.• Ability to operate a multi-line phone system and manage a high volume of inbound calls professionally.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills with the ability to interact confidently with visitors and staff.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Accurate data entry skills and the ability to manage routine administrative tasks efficiently.
• Experience scheduling appointments and maintaining organized calendars or office records.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to maintain filing systems and handle multiple priorities effectively.
Compensation
