Project Manager II
Responsibilities:
• Lead small to mid-sized software and business improvement projects from initiation through rollout, ensuring delivery milestones, budgets, and scope are actively managed.
• Build structure across a portfolio of initiatives by developing project plans, defining priorities, and maintaining clear alignment to business objectives.
• Prepare and refine business cases that support decision-making, resource planning, and prioritization throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, assign responsibilities, and secure the resources needed to move work forward effectively.
• Provide regular updates to stakeholders and senior leadership, highlighting progress, key risks, budget status, and issue resolution plans.
• Partner with business and technology teams to define requirements, validate solution approaches, and support design, testing, training, and implementation activities.
• Monitor project governance, quality expectations, and compliance with internal standards, policies, and established delivery practices.
• Facilitate collaboration across departments to resolve scope questions, remove obstacles, and maintain readiness for deployment and adoption.
Qualifications:
• Demonstrated experience managing software development or business optimization projects with responsibility for scope, schedule, and budget control.• Strong ability to communicate effectively with both executive stakeholders and cross-functional technical and non-technical teams.
• Proven skill in project planning, status reporting, risk management, and financial forecasting.
• Experience developing business cases and translating operational goals into prioritized project initiatives.
• Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or similar project delivery methodologies and related best practices.
• Ability to coordinate training, implementation, and rollout activities to support successful solution adoption.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Compensation
