HR Generalist
Responsibilities:
• Maintain employee files, HR records, and documentation with a high level of accuracy and confidentiality.
• Respond to employee questions regarding policies, procedures, benefits, and general human resources matters, escalating issues when appropriate.
• Coordinate recruitment support activities such as scheduling interviews, tracking candidates, and assisting with new employee documentation.
• Facilitate onboarding tasks to ensure new employees have a smooth start, including paperwork completion and orientation support.
• Assist with payroll preparation by reviewing personnel changes, verifying data, and helping resolve discrepancies.
• Support benefits administration by processing enrollment updates, answering basic coverage questions, and maintaining related records.
• Use HRIS tools to enter, update, and audit employee information to keep systems current and reliable.
• Partner with the HR team to help daily department operations run efficiently and consistently.
Qualifications:
• Experience supporting core human resources functions in an HR Generalist or HR administration capacity.• Knowledge of employee relations practices and the ability to handle sensitive matters with professionalism.
• Hands-on experience with onboarding processes, employee recordkeeping, and HR documentation.
• Familiarity with benefits administration and payroll support activities.
• Proficiency using HRIS platforms and Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to assist employees and collaborate with internal stakeholders.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail in a deadline-driven environment.
