Overview

A leading, nationally recognized organization is seeking a Director of Marketing Operations to lead strategy, execution, and optimization across marketing systems, analytics, and campaign operations. This role will partner closely with executive leadership, marketing, sales, and digital teams to drive efficiency, scalability, and measurable business impact.

This is a high-visibility leadership opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, data-driven environment and enjoys building structure, process, and performance across a growing marketing function.

Key Responsibilities

• Own marketing operations strategy across campaign execution, systems, and performance tracking
• Lead and optimize marketing tech stack, including CRM, automation platforms, and analytics tools
• Partner with marketing and business leaders to drive data-driven decision making and ROI measurement
• Oversee campaign workflows, lead management processes, and reporting frameworks
• Build dashboards and reporting to track KPIs, funnel performance, and attribution
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, scalability, and cross-functional alignment
• Manage and develop a team focused on operations, analytics, and campaign execution
• Collaborate with digital, content, and field marketing teams to streamline execution

Qualifications:

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in marketing operations, marketing analytics, or related field
• Proven experience leading marketing systems, processes, and performance strategy
• Strong background with CRM and marketing automation platforms
• Experience building reporting frameworks, dashboards, and performance insights
• Ability to translate data into actionable business recommendations
• Experience managing and developing high-performing teams
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management skills
• Bachelor’s degree required

Compensation

$100,000.00-$120,000.00 Yearly
