Customer Support Assistant

Responsibilities:

• Enter and process customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Coordinate shipments with internal teams and external carriers
• Track orders and ensure timely delivery to customers
• Communicate with clients regarding order status, updates, and issues
• Resolve discrepancies related to orders, pricing, and shipments
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
• Work closely with sales, warehouse, and logistics teams
• Assist with general administrative and customer support tasks

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will have experience with the manufacturing OR distribution industry and experience handling order entry / coordinating shipments for clients

Compensation

$50,000.00-$60,000.00 Yearly
