Call Center Specialist
Responsibilities:
• Answer incoming calls from patients, members, or other customers and provide courteous, solution-oriented support
• Record call details accurately in customer service systems while maintaining organized and complete documentation
• Resolve routine questions and concerns by using established resources, procedures, and service guidelines
• Escalate more complex issues to the appropriate team members to ensure prompt follow-up and resolution
• Maintain a consistent, attentive phone presence while handling a high volume of inbound interactions
• Use basic office tools and computer systems to track requests, update records, and complete daily tasks
• Support reliable connectivity and workstation functionality by working within an Ethernet-based office environment
Qualifications:
• Prior experience in a call center or customer-facing support role• Ability to manage inbound calls efficiently while delivering strong customer service
• Familiarity with customer service software and basic data entry practices
• Comfortable using standard office equipment and everyday administrative tools
• Clear verbal communication skills and a detail-oriented approach to phone-based interactions
• Strong attention to detail when documenting conversations and updating information
• Ability to work effectively in a structured team environment within the healthcare industry
Compensation
