Financial Analyst
Responsibilities:
• Perform financial analysis and modeling to support strategic decision-making.
• Assist in preparing and maintaining budgets and forecasts.
• Analyze variances and trends to identify key insights and opportunities.
• Utilize data mining techniques to extract and interpret large datasets.
• Partner with business stakeholders to provide financial guidance and recommendations.
• Develop and maintain reports and dashboards using tools such as Tableau.
• Support process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
• Conduct ad hoc financial analyses to address specific business questions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.• 1–3 years of experience in FP& A, corporate finance, accounting, or similar analytical roles.
• Proven ability to manage budgets and forecasts effectively.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and experience working with large datasets.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accountability for deliverables.
• Familiarity with subscription-based or recurring revenue business models is a plus.
• Experience with BI360 (Solver), Great Plains, Tableau, or Salesforce is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills for partnering directly with business stakeholders.
Compensation
