Entry-Level Recruiter
Responsibilities:
• Manage the full cycle recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires.
• Utilize various sourcing strategies, including job boards, social media, and networking, to identify top talent.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment plans.
• Screen and evaluate candidates to ensure alignment with job requirements and organizational culture.
• Maintain and update applicant tracking systems to ensure accurate and timely documentation.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews, providing support to both candidates and hiring managers.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of candidates with relevant experience for current and future hiring needs.
• Ensure compliance with all recruitment policies, procedures, and legal requirements.
• Develop and maintain relationships with external recruitment partners and community organizations.
• Analyze recruitment data and metrics to optimize strategies and improve hiring outcomes.
Qualifications:
• Familiarity with full cycle recruiting processes, including sourcing and onboarding.• Strong understanding of high-volume recruitment practices.
• Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and prioritize deadlines.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
• Previous experience in corporate or non-profit recruiting is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
Compensation
