Administrative Assistant
Responsibilities:
• Manage complex scheduling for the Chief Administrative Officer, balancing changing priorities and resolving conflicts across multiple requests and deadlines.
• Coordinate meetings from planning through follow-up, including logistics, agendas, materials, and communication with participants.
• Organize team events, leadership gatherings, and offsite sessions to support collaboration, engagement, and business goals.
• Work closely with executives to understand strategic priorities, evaluate incoming meeting requests, and make informed decisions on scheduling and alignment.
• Serve as a central contact for direct reports and administrative partners, helping maintain strong communication and effective coordination across the organization.
• Identify opportunities to improve administrative processes, implement practical adjustments, and support longer-term operational initiatives.
• Build productive relationships across teams to strengthen collaboration, support morale, and help maintain alignment on key activities.
• Provide guidance to other administrative business partners and collaborate with Human Resources on workforce planning and organizational structure updates.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience providing administrative support to senior executives, ideally at the C-suite or comparable leadership level.• Strong calendar management skills with the ability to handle competing demands, shifting deadlines, and frequent changes.
• Demonstrated ability to coordinate meetings, events, and executive activities with careful attention to detail.
• Excellent judgment and decision-making skills when handling priorities, scheduling matters, and sensitive business interactions.
• Effective communication and relationship-building skills for working with executives, direct reports, business partners, and cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work independently, stay organized under pressure, and manage multiple deliverables at the same time.
• Experience supporting planning efforts such as team building activities, leadership sessions, headcount planning, or organizational changes.
Compensation
