Business Analyst | Manufacturing
Responsibilities:
• Partner with business leaders, technical teams, and end users to identify needs, define scope, and document detailed functional requirements for manufacturing-related initiatives.
• Facilitate communication across cross-functional groups, serving as a key connection point between stakeholders and the business technology team throughout project delivery.
• Support user acceptance testing by coordinating test preparation, validating outcomes, and helping resolve issues before deployment.
• Create process maps, workflow documentation, and gap analyses to clarify current operations and recommend practical improvements.
• Contribute to data migration, cutover planning, and conversion activities to help ensure manufacturing operations are properly configured and ready for implementation.
• Work within Agile delivery practices by maintaining project artifacts, participating in team ceremonies, and tracking work through Jira and Confluence.
• Assist with implementation efforts involving ERP and manufacturing systems, helping align business processes with technology solutions in an enterprise environment.
• Maintain organized project and documentation resources using collaboration platforms such as SharePoint and related knowledge management tools.
Qualifications:
• At least 7 years of business analysis experience, including work in complex enterprise environments.• Background supporting manufacturing operations, manufacturing systems, or ERP-related business processes.
• Demonstrated success gathering requirements and working directly with stakeholders across multiple functional areas.
• Experience contributing to large cross-functional projects, implementations, or organization-wide system initiatives.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and hands-on use of tools such as Jira and Confluence.
• Ability to support testing, process mapping, documentation review, and gap analysis activities.
• Experience with data migration, cutover, conversion support, or implementation readiness activities.
• Strong communication and liaison skills with the ability to translate business needs into clear documentation and actionable outcomes.
Compensation
