Order Entry Clerk
Responsibilities:
• Enter customer and order information into internal databases with a high level of speed and accuracy
• Review submitted details for completeness and correct discrepancies before finalizing records
• Process numeric and text-based data while maintaining consistent formatting and documentation standards
• Update existing order records as changes are received from internal teams or customers
• Cross-check entered information against source documents to reduce errors and prevent delays
• Support daily administrative workflows by organizing data and maintaining orderly digital files
• Communicate with relevant team members to clarify missing or unclear order details when needed
Qualifications:
• Previous experience in data entry, order processing, or a similar administrative support role• Strong typing skills with the ability to enter information accurately and efficiently
• Comfort working with numeric data and detailed computer-based input tasks
• Solid attention to detail and the ability to identify inconsistencies in records
• Basic proficiency with standard office software and data entry systems
• Ability to manage repetitive tasks while maintaining productivity and quality
• Strong organizational skills and a dependable approach to handling confidential information
