Administrative Coordinator
We are looking for a highly organized Administrative Coordinator to join an onsite team in Coppell, Texas. This Long-term Contract opportunity is well suited for someone who enjoys detailed administrative work, keeps records accurate, and can support compliance-related tasks in a steady office environment. The position focuses on documentation, data management, and coordination of vehicle and regulatory records while working closely with a small, collaborative team.
Responsibilities:
• Coordinate administrative support for compliance activities related to fleet and vehicle records
• Prepare, review, and organize licensing materials, registration documents, and other required vehicle paperwork
• Track inspection schedules, insurance status, and renewal timelines to help maintain regulatory compliance
• Complete title documentation and process state-required forms with a high level of accuracy
• Maintain structured paper-based filing systems and ensure records are current, accessible, and complete
• Enter, verify, and update data in internal records, checking carefully for accuracy and completeness
• Work with team members to resolve documentation gaps and follow up on missing or outdated information
• Assist with additional office coordination tasks that support daily administrative and compliance operatio
Qualifications:
• Previous experience in administrative support, clerical work, or office coordination• Strong data entry skills with close attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to manage high volumes of paperwork and maintain organized filing systems
• Familiarity with compliance documentation, vehicle records, or regulatory processes is preferred
• Comfortable working fully onsite in Plano, Texas within a small team setting
• Positive, dependable approach with the willingness to learn new procedures quickly
• Ability to prioritize tasks, stay organized, and handle routine responsibilities consistently
Compensation
