Class Action Legal Assistant
Our client, a nationally recognized plaintiff-side litigation firm, is seeking a Legal Assistant to join its growing Seattle office. This firm is widely regarded for handling complex, high-impact litigation-including class actions, antitrust, consumer protection, securities, and employment matters-often taking on large corporations in cases that drive meaningful outcomes for consumers and public entities.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants exposure to sophisticated, high-stakes litigation in a collaborative, mission-driven environment.
Qualifications:
- Provide administrative and litigation support to attorneys on active cases
- Draft, revise, and proofread legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and correspondence
- Assist with filing in state and federal courts (including e-filing systems)
- Maintain and organize case files, discovery materials, and exhibits
- Manage attorney calendars, including tracking deadlines, hearings, and depositions
- Coordinate scheduling for depositions, mediations, and client meetings
- Assist with client communication and intake processes
- Support discovery efforts, including document collection and organization
- Assist with trial preparation, including assembling exhibits and trial binders
Compensation
