Project Coordinator
We are looking for a Project Coordinator to support property and facilities initiatives in Denver, Colorado. This Contract position will guide day-to-day project activity, keep stakeholders aligned, and help site teams operate more efficiently through strong coordination and process support. The ideal candidate brings practical project coordination or project management experience, confidence working with vendors and cross-functional partners, and the ability to keep multiple priorities moving toward completion.
Responsibilities:
• Lead assigned projects from kickoff through completion, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and expected outcomes stay on track.
• Translate project needs into clear action items for internal teams and follow through to confirm work is completed as planned.
• Handle independent ownership of smaller efforts while contributing to broader initiatives under the guidance of senior project leaders.
• Monitor the full make-ready workflow to maintain accurate records, consistent updates, and quality execution across each stage.
• Improve operational efficiency for site teams by applying existing tools and introducing practical process enhancements that reduce administrative work.
• Provide remote support to site teams for service-related operations, including turn scheduling, purchase order setup, invoicing coordination, dispatch activity, and process execution.
• Maintain regular communication with third-party vendors, business partners, and site teams to confirm scope, timing, and project expectations.
• Identify project risks or obstacles early and escalate concerns to management at the appropriate point in the project lifecycle
.
• Prepare recurring status updates and facilitate team meetings that keep participants informed, aligned, and focused on project goals.
Qualifications:
• 3+ years of experience in project coordination, project management, or administrative support roles.
• Background supporting maintenance, service coordination, facilities, or property operations is strongly preferred.
• Bachelor's degree is preferred; equivalent practical experience will also be considered.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams.
• Experience managing vendor relationships, project schedules, and contract-related coordination activities.
• Proficiency in project tracking, prioritization, and follow-up across multiple concurrent assignments.
• Ability to work independently, stay organized, and deliver accurate updates in a fast-paced environment.
Compensation
