Construction Admin

We are seeking a detail-oriented Construction Administrator to support project teams through all phases of construction. This role ensures accurate documentation, smooth communication, and efficient coordination across contractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage project documentation, including contracts, change orders, permits, and compliance records
• Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure timelines and deliverables are met
• Track project progress, budgets, and invoices; assist with reporting and reconciliation
• Maintain organized filing systems (digital and physical) for all project-related materials
• Support scheduling, meetings, and communication across teams to keep projects on track

Qualifications:

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of administrative experience, preferably in construction or a related field
• Strong organizational and document management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with construction software (Procore, Bluebeam, etc.) a plus
• Excellent communication and multitasking abilities
• High attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
