HR Generalist

We are seeking a detail-oriented HR Specialist to support key human resources functions, including employee relations, onboarding, benefits administration, compliance, and HR recordkeeping. This role will help ensure a positive employee experience while supporting day-to-day HR operations and organizational goals.

Responsibilities

• Administer benefits and open enrollment support
• Maintain HR compliance records
• Coordinate recruiting and interview scheduling
• Support training and performance processes

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of HR experience
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• HRIS proficiency
