Business Immigration Analyst (Paralegal)

Qualifications:

Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree, Associate’s degree, Paralegal certification OR relevant experience in a client-facing or administrative role Strong attention to detail in high-volume, process-driven environments Proven ability to learn new processes quickly and follow structured workflows with high data accuracy Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize competing deadlines Strong written and verbal communication skills, including proofreading and detail oriented correspondence Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, especially Excel and Word Comfortable working onsite in a fast-paced, deadline-driven setting
Preferred Qualifications Prior experience in business immigration, legal support, or compliance-driven environments Experience handling sensitive documentation with confidentiality Familiarity with case management systems or workflow tools What We’re Looking For Detail-oriented, process-driven individuals who thrive in high-volume environments Strong digital literacy and ability to quickly learn new systems A client-service mindset with professionalism and responsiveness Candidates who demonstrate initiative, adaptability, and accountability

Compensation

$21.00-$22.00 Hourly
