Attorney

Our client is seeking a Litigation Attorney to join their growing team in Palo Alto. This hybrid to remote opportunity offers a Litigation Attorney the chance to work alongside experienced litigators handling a variety of complex matters across multiple practice areas. The Litigation Attorney will gain hands-on experience across all phases of the litigation lifecycle, from initial case strategy through trial, within a collaborative and high-performing team environment. This role is ideal for someone looking to build on their litigation foundation while continuing to develop professionally in a supportive setting.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of litigated matters from inception through resolution
• Assist with trial preparation, including strategy discussions, discovery, and witness preparation
• Conduct legal research on complex litigation issues
• Take and defend depositions
• Draft, prepare, and argue motions
• Appear at hearings and support attorneys in court proceedings
• Communicate effectively with clients regarding case updates and strategy

Qualifications:

Qualifications

• Active California Bar license required
• 2–6 years of litigation experience within California
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
• Client-focused approach with strong attention to detail
• Experience handling depositions, motions, and discovery preferred
